Because I believe an informed customer converts to a loyal customer. It makes an ideal introduction to gain new customers and the customers get to meet a tradesman before they are desperate and are forced to take pot luck on an engineer. Always nice to know a person that can!


If a customer decides not to act on the recommendations in the report (if any), I get nothing other than satisfaction of giving sound advice. They still receive information about the condition of your system free of charge for aprox. 30 minutes of their time. 


By giving free, honest advice, without obligating the customer and at a time they choose, I can often convert the advice into creating a competitive quote for doing the essential/ preventative work required. Only if requested by the customer is a fixed quote given and from that they can make an informed decision without pressure or obligation.


The cost of a survey to you is time only. This is a small investment compared to the inevitable cost of unexpected repairs or replacements. I offer competitive pricing with no hidden fees.
